**Customer Service Advisor - Late shifts**:
Are you friendly, empathetic and customer focused?

We're looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors to join our expanding Customer Operations department as a Global Operations Agent, servicing both our UK & US customers. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service, just check out our Trust Pilot reviews You will be the first line of contact speaking to Capital on Tap Customers over the phone, answering queries, solving problems or generally helping our customers and their businesses. This is an exciting opportunity to work from our Cardiff City centre office.

This is a full time position, working 37.5 hours a week. Shift patterns rotate between a two week cycle:

- Week 1: Monday - Friday, 2pm - 10:30pm
- Week 2: Monday - Friday, 3:30pm - 12am

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Customer service experience (will consider all industries)
- Proficient telephone manner and communication skills
- Passion for the customer journey
- Empathy
- A friendly and caring nature
