You will ideally have

A good understanding of purchasing and supply chain.
Have some knowledge of VAT calculations
Be IT and Computer Literate - Excel and Outlook Knowledge.
The ability to maintain and build good working relationships, internally and externally.
Be organised and have the ability to prioritise workload and use your initiative
Your duties will include

Raising and Expediting purchase orders to meet the demands of the business.
Ordering Software which has bespoke details and end user requirements.
Resolving invoice queries and obtaining invoices.
Cover for other procurement staff during holidays.
ERP administrative tasks - including setting up of new products, setting commodity codes and populating data on products.
The Working hours are Mon to Thurs 9am - 5.30pm, 1 hour lunch and a 5pm finish on Fridays.
