Our mission is to significantly reduce carbon emissions, energy consumption and cost of heating Britain’s older homes whilst preserving the elegance of our national architectural heritage. Our market is growing very fast as owners of period homes respond to the urgent need to reduce their carbon footprint and to their desire to reduce energy consumption in view of the rising cost of energy.
**About you**
Due to our rapid growth we need to recruit an additional sales consultants, either part or full time, to our successful head office sales team in Bideford.
An interest in architectural heritage and action on climate change will be an advantage.
**What we offer**
We offer a happy, friendly company family, flexible working hours to accommodate work life balance and great rewards. We offer part time or full time working and can accommodate part week home working if required once training is completed and you are able to work independently.
You'll earn a salary plus uncapped commission and quarterly bonuses to reward your success in our eco mission to bring your total earnings package to between £25k and £30k per annum.
You’ll get 33 days paid holiday a year (incl bank holidays and pro-rata with the hours you work), a company pension scheme and can be part of our health support scheme after 6 months with us.
We provide industry and product training as well as training in our preferred consultative and intelligent sales approach. There is no cold calling - our customers call us because we're experts in insulating listed and period homes
- in fact we’re the only company specialising in this important field.
On target earnings in year one **including salary, commission and bonuses** £25000-£30000.
