Encon Care are looking to recruit Support Workers (Preferably males) in the Bradford and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for experienced Support Workers wanting either full-time flexible work or just 1 - 2 shifts a week.

Weekly pay for Support Workers is £12 per hour and this is paid via PAYE with no charge for payroll.

This paid via PAYE, and we do not charge for payroll, if you have a Limited Company, there is an increase.

**We Require**:

- 6 months UK paid experience in the role of Support Worker within the last 5 years
- Proof of right to work in the UK.
- Experience working within a challenging environment and willingness to learn pro-active approaches for managing violence and aggression.

**About the service**:
Services include drugs and alcohol support, rehabilitation with enduring mental health and other complex needs. In addition to this, Encon Care also have a number of vacancies based within private hospitals and specialist learning disability residential homes for both adults and young adults who require daily hands-on support. These services will allow support workers to gain a variety of different experiences.
