Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered support to individuals with mental health needs, promoting independence and community participation.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to develop and implement support plans, ensuring a high level of care and support.
  • Engage with service users, building trusting relationships and promoting positive mental health outcomes.
  • Contribute to the leadership of the team, providing guidance and support to colleagues as needed.
  • Work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the service.
Requirements
  • Experience of working in the care and support sector, with a focus on mental health.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Good written communication skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Valid driving license, with access to a vehicle.
