About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Creative Support Ltd. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care and support to individuals with learning disabilities in our Bradford services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide respectful and practical support to service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Maximise social opportunities and community engagement, enabling service users to lead fulfilling lives.
  • Develop and sustain warm and trusting relationships with service users, their families, and involved professionals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a coordinated and consistent service, meeting the unique needs of each individual.
Requirements
  • No previous experience is necessary, as we provide full training and support.
  • Full or part-time hours available, with flexible rotas and sleep-in shifts.
  • Desirable to have a car, but not a requirement.
