**About the Role**

We are on the lookout for an Admin & Customer Care Coordinator to support our catering team and develop their skills at Banny’s. They will be required to help with the smooth running and organization on a daily basis within our office environment including customer enquiries, general administration duties and flexible ad-hoc tasks as needed.
- Key Responsibilities:_
- Completing administration tasks and keeping an organized work area including petty cash money handling, filing, ordering and use of ICT systems including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Communicating effectively with fellow colleagues and team members to ensure the smooth daily running of the business and ensure tasks are completed in an organized and efficient manner.
- Developing a breadth of knowledge about the company, people and products and be able to communicate this to customers.
- Knowledge of HR processes would be desirable but not essential to the role.
