**HOURS OF WORK MON-FRI 9AM TO 5PM**
Pendle Support is a local homecare agency and we require an experienced adminstrator to join our team based in our Colne office.
**Job Purpose**
The administrator will be the first point of contact for the office team assisting with administrative tasks and requests, mainly the care mangement system and general office support.
**Job Role**
- Answer incoming calls in a polite and confident manner, engaging with service users and staff and understanding their requirements fully.
- Logging and inputting information accurately as required onto the care management system
- Dealing with payments for fuel costs
- Other administration duties that arise
- Dealing with service user and staff queries
**Key Skills**
