We are looking for a restaurant supervisor to join our great team at The Beach Deck in Eastbourne, to ensure all daily activities run smoothly and efficiently when the Manager is absent.

To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with restaurant operations, have a positive attitude and be able to work with a large team

The position offers a good rate of pay with the opportunity to earn significant tips on top

Responsibilities may include
- Coordinate communication between front of house and back of house staff
- Supervise Front of House staff as needed
- Completion of daily reports and schedules
- Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
- Ensure all staff follow company policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- A calm, positive ‘can do’ attitude with an eye for details.
- Work experience in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent Customer service attitude
- Communication and team management abilities vital
- Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)
- Ability to lead from the front and motivating the team
