Job Introduction
**We are looking for a Dedicated Cover Receptionist to join our Rapport team, to work at our client sites based in the heart of City of London. The client is a British multinational risk management, insurance brokerage and advisory company.**

As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional and warm customer service, demonstrating excellent communication skills, and maintaining sustainable relationships with key stakeholders.

**_This is a permanent, full-time role (40 hours per week), Monday - Friday on a shift rota basis between 7:30 AM and 6 PM, as per the client’s needs._**

**Main responsibilities**
- Welcoming guests at the reception and escorting them to their meeting rooms or required destination within the building
- Proactively managing guest requests in an efficient, friendly and timely manner, ensuring all business requirements are dealt with promptly and professionally
- Providing administrative support at all times
- Booking meeting rooms and ensuring all AV & other required equipment are provided
- Liaising with the events team and managing the catering support for the meeting room spaces
- Handling all internal and external calls in a professional manner

- Preferably have reception experience in a corporate or hospitality environment
