Working alongside the Care Farms’ Manager, Assistant Managers and our experienced staff team, the post holder will be responsible for leading the daily delivery of one-to-one nature-based therapeutic activities for ‘Day 6 Provision’ children and young people with additional needs, mental health, social and communication difficulties, and those in need of emotional support. Experience of working one-to-one with children and young people with additional needs is essential, as is an understanding of person-centred practice and the use of nature, animals and creativity to support the holistic education of the children and young people with whom we work.
