**Job description**

**We are looking for passionate people who are keen to learn and develop within the Early Years.**

We strongly believe that children learn best through play, so educators who are fun-loving, ready to explore the outdoors and keen to develop children's interests and learning through joyful play are a must We are based on a beautiful organic farm, with large natural grounds, our own woodland, and lots of animals so a love of nature is a huge bonus.

We are seeking passionate aspiring educators who want to deliver a child-led approach to learning, through planning in the moment. Here at Neston Farm Nursery we love to explore the world around us alongside children, creating valuable learning experiences that are customised to each child’s unique interests and needs.

We want our team to succeed, we do this by providing a range of empowering training opportunities, from trips to Play Iceland to informative and insightful inset days. We value and encourage all team members to be the best version of themselves. With the Nursery Manager you will co-construct your targets so they are tailored to your professional development.

Being an Early Years Apprentice is a diverse role with responsibilities that include, building a positive relationship with our children and their families, undergoing and keeping on top of assignments and coursework.

Neston Farm is a unique children's nursery which opened in May 2021. Set on the beautiful grounds of an organic farm, we have our own woodlands, fields, animal pens and ponds, as well as an inspiring inside space. Our ethos is grounded in play-based, child-led learning.
