We are looking for educators who have a genuine love for watching children grow and who want to spend every day exploring nature alongside children, guiding them to grow into resilient and compassionate humans.

With the Nursery Manager you will co-construct your targets, so they are tailored to your professional development, encouraging, and supporting your childcare career.

Neston Farm is a unique children's nursery which opened in May 2021. Set on the beautiful grounds of an organic farm, we have our own woodlands, fields, animal pens and ponds, as well as an inspiring inside space. Our ethos is grounded in play-based, child-led learning.

We strongly believe that children learn best through play, so educators who are fun-loving, ready to explore the outdoors and keen to develop children's interests and learning through joyful play are a must
