Join our Lettings team based in our central office at Houghton Regis. **Supporting our branch network you’ll be making outbound calls to Landlords and secure property valuations.** You’ll thrive within a busy targeted environment be self-motivated and energetic to join our brilliant lettings team.

**Responsibilities as a Sales Executive**:

- To manage a portfolio of current landlords to keep them up to date with our current product and services
- To account manage 10 -15 branches working closely with branch managers
- To negotiate with investors throughout the UK to bring their property on the market
- To promote and book quality Market appraisals for local branch managers
- To grow our rental market presence by growing our new investors portfolio

**Skills and experienced required to be successful Sales Executive**:

- Proven selling, negotiation and influencing skills desirable
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Good self-motivator, able to work on own initiative with minimum supervision
- Sound customer service skills
- Professional in appearance, manner and attitude
- Articulate, literate, numerate and computer-literate
- Experience of selling within a call centre environment desirable

**Salary**: Up to £28,000.00 per year
