Stockport County Community Trust is looking for an experienced coach to become our Premier League Primary Stars Co-ordinator to join our staff team to develop the Premier League Primary Stars programmes that the Trust delivers across Stockport.
**About Stockport County Community Trust**
Stockport County Community Trust is the official charity of Stockport County Football Club which was set up in 2021 after the purchase of the club by Mark Stott to achieve his aim of ensuring the football club has a positive impact in the local community. The charity works across Stockport and the surrounding area to use the power of football and Stockport County to make a positive difference by inspiring, educating and supporting the community.
The charity engages with around 8,000 people each year through a variety of education, social inclusion and health and wellbeing programmes, working with residents aged from 5-85 (the current age of our youngest and oldest participant) in a variety of club and community settings.
**Purpose of the role**
Stockport County Community Trust is seeking a qualified and experienced individual to deliver our Premier League Primary Stars project. The PLPS Co-ordinator will work as part of the schools
The post-holder will also lead and coordinate a calendar of themed events, tournaments and competitions to promote the PL Primary Stars project and Stockport County’s schools offer.

**Roles and responsibilities**
The main responsibilities of the post holders are as follows.
- To manage the delivery of Premier League Primary Stars on behalf of Stockport County FC including planning and delivering sessions, delivery and data collection and project monitoring reports.
- Deliver a range of other Trust programmes in local primary and secondary schools including both curriculum time sessions and after school clubs.
- Support the development and delivery of staff and teachers through an extensive CPD programme.
- Develop relationships with Stockport County partner schools and build relationships with schools in the wider community.
- To attend Premier League meetings and training courses in relation to the Premier League Primary Stars programme.
- Ensure that the PLPS programme is fully compliant with all safeguarding, health and safety and data protection legislation.
- Monitor and evaluate the PLPS programmes and other Trust school programmes ensuring that all data is up to date and accurate on our monitoring system, Salesforce.
- To work on a range of other Trust programmes during school holidays.
There may be a need within this role to work flexible and unsociable hours when required.
