Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Referrals Co-ordinator to join our team at the CareTech Group in Stockport.

Your role will be to manage the front-line residential referral process for all new placements and provide proactive support on the referrals & admissions process.

About the Job

Main Purpose of the Role:

You will report directly to the Referrals Manager and Business Development Director. Your primary responsibility is to manage the incoming placement referral process, filtering and matching each referral to our residential services, constructing the appropriate reply, and following up with customers as needed to achieve a placement.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the in-coming placement referral process.
  • Filter and match each referral to our residential services.
  • Construct the appropriate reply and follow up with customers as necessary.
  • Report directly to the Referrals Manager and Business Development Director.
  • Log all referral activity for effective sharing across the business.
  • Ensure all offers of placement are emailed quickly, professionally, and with complete accuracy.
  • Perform other general administration tasks to ensure a smooth-running and organised department.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £23,795 per annum, based on the location and industry standards.
