**Team Size**: We currently have 9 members in the sales team and 5 in accounts team

**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the sales manager on a day to day basis.
- Assisting the accounts department by raising sales invoices in Xero
- Assisting accounts department with reporting in Xero and Excel.
- Using Pipedrive CRM to produce reports for Sales Manager (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Liaising with the sales team to ensure their tasks set by the sales manager are completed
- Checking Pipedrive for relevant fields to be completed.
- Checking that processes are being followed by the team
- Assisting with onboarding of new team members
- Taking meeting notes, updating stats and actions
- Using desktime to monitor staff
- Authorising holidays in Breathe HR
- Organise sales meetings and book rooms for customer meetings in house.
- Monitor payments received for new deals and pass on to the next team
- Raise sales proposals using PandaDoc

**Essential Experience and Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent Computer / IT Skills
- Some who is ambitious and is looking to grow and develop their career
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as their own initiative
- Abilities in excel/reporting required.
- Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
- Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Ability to work under strict deadlines

**Nice to have**:

- Service Industry Domain Knowledge.
