**Job description**:
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the post forms an integral part of the HR team and assists in providing a comprehensive HR service to Vehicle Certification Agency's (VCA) UK and overseas offices, supporting managers and staff on a range of general HR issues.
**Key Responsibilities**
To advise on and monitor the development and implementation of VCA’s strategy, policies, processes, and procedures in the following areas:
- Supporting HRBP’s with key business areas, these could include, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, employee wellbeing and talent acquisition including apprenticeships and graduates.
- Supporting the end-to-end recruitment, including supporting hiring managers, recruitment administration and participating in interview panels.
- Work with the HR team and key stakeholders to ensure that HR projects and initiatives are appropriately communicated and implemented (e.g. maintenance of the HR Hub content, assist with employer branding strategy).
- Supporting the implementation of the VCA HR Strategy, projects and initiatives to positively add value to both business and employees.
- HR Systems administration.
- Running reports and collating information to identify and monitor HR trends.
- Attending project meetings and representing the HR department.

**About You**
To be successful in this role you will have experience of working within a fast-paced HR environment, with exposure to various HR workstreams (including, Diversity and Inclusion, Learning and Development, Employee Relations etc.)
You will have strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and to influence where necessary.
You will possess excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office, including Excel)
You will be highly organised and will be able to adopt a pro-active work approach and will be able to prioritise a busy workload.
**Additional Information**
There may be an occasional requirement for you to travel to another office location in this post. Our offices are based in Bristol and Nuneaton and there will be a requirement for you to work from your principal office location a certain number of days per week.
