Our client is a global leader in B2B products, solutions and related services and are looking for a **Sales Team Leader** to join their vibrant and busy **Milton Keynes** team.

**Are you the person we are looking for?**

Leading the **Sales Team** means you will guide, coach and mentor a team of account managers to achieve the teams objectives, duties of which will include:

- Responsibility for the **Sales team targets** as well as your own reduced individual target
- Drive the team to increase the number of spending accounts through outbound calling (new accounts and dormant accounts of previous customers)
- Drive the team knowledge and understanding of the control and automation industry through **coaching**, **mentoring** and training as required
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and other departments throughout the business
- Coaching individuals on calls, sharing knowledge and experience to develop individual skills. Challenging them to reach their targets and grow professionally
- Drive our company strategy, our team strategy, and behaviour's aligned to the company values

Above all, the job calls for a person who **enjoys dealing with people**, **creating and maintaining relationships** as well as making a good impression both personally and for the organisation.

**Skills**:

- Comfortable working with **CRM systems**:

- Good IT skills including **Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)**:

- Confident **coach** and **mentor**:

- Good **organisational skills**
