The Mobile product and Propositions team is at the heart of Vodafone Business and plays an integral part in driving Vodafone’s market ambition within the IT and Communications market, with responsibility for delivering customer propositions that add clear differentiated value for both our customers and our business - allowing us to win in the market and deliver our ambitions for profitable growth.

A role in the mobile product and proposition team requires a great understanding of our customers, our competitors and the market but also a focus on brilliant execution to take those ideas and turn them into reality. We are also looking for individuals with flair and imagination to think differently about what we do going forward; all great sales journeys start with the customer proposition.

This is an exciting period for the Product and Propositions team, with fast moving market dynamics, changing technologies and customer behaviour. This role will be at the centre of innovation and disruption within mobile, and work closely with all stakeholders such as marketing, technology, insights, group and sales to develop strategies to disrupt the market, but also ensure the long-term sustainability and profitability of the mobile portfolio differentiation from competitors.

The role will lead the SME Mobile portfolio, taking into account new market opportunities and trends, new technologies and customer insights to develop innovative ideas, incubate business cases to test viability and bring propositions to life. The role holder will work with their wider proposition and marketing colleagues to build out the compelling why Vodafone for story and ensure mobile alignment across other portfolios as well.

**What will you be doing?**
- Lead the Proposition and Product development across the SME channel (1-250 employees) - Ensure communication flows with internal stakeholders are consistent and refreshed on an ongoing basis.
- Formulate and agree a programme of Product refreshes and complete the necessary analysis to present to the Business for appropriate sign highlighting key risks and opportunities and actions to mitigate.
- Line management of 2-3 Product and Proposition Managers & Specialists ensuring their development to deliver best in class propositions
- Set the product implementation strategy for chosen products.
- Setting and agreeing product delivery guidelines with sales channels via product management.

- Good knowledge of Telecoms market
- Advanced Excel skills
- Business Objects Skills/SQL
- Experience in a product function within Telecoms.
- High level of analytical thinking.
- Experience of engaging with senior surgeries.
- Innovative approach to product development.
- Experience of UK Business mobile market.
