As a Proposition Owner at Gamma, your role will be multifaceted and dynamic, involving close collaboration with various departments to ensure the success of our propositions.

What will you be doing day-to-day?
- Create and maintain essential proposition documentation.
- Understand and translate customer requirements into effective solutions.
- Communicate proposition value to stakeholders internally and externally.
- Define compelling propositions tailored to target markets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define necessary services for proposition delivery.
- Consolidate and communicate key requirements from various business units.
- Assist in proposition training and market launch.
- Facilitate effective communication between teams and third parties.
- Contribute to creating marketing and training materials.
- Maintain documentation and data integrity within propositions.

What you’ll need
- Telecommunications Expertise: You should possess significant experience within the Telecommunications, Unified Communication, Collaboration, Connectivity, and Mobile space, with a strong understanding of industry trends and practices
- Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and customer-facing skills are a must, along with the ability to communicate effectively at senior levels.
- Written Skills: You should have strong written skills, capable of producing comprehensive documentation that can clarify complex propositions to diverse stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized and self-motivated, you should thrive in a fast-paced environment, capable of working independently and meeting tight deadlines.
- Interpersonal Skills: Effective relationship building, interpersonal, and collaboration skills are crucial for fostering productive partnerships across departments.
- Adaptability: You should be eager to learn and develop knowledge independently, especially in new and emerging technologies.

A few things to note ✨
- This role will require travel where needed and is a hybrid working role.
- Though we have specified Glasgow, we would be open to applicants who live close to any of our other office spaces (Manchester, London, Portsmouth)
