**The Opportunity**

As a Key Account Administrator you will support our Key Account Managers in both the pre and post sales process, managing all administrative duties and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers following contract committal. This role works closelywith all members of the sales team as well as with our third-party brokers to ensure documentation is produced and shared within required time-frames. Daily duties in this position would include:

- Updating and logging renewals for sales targets.
- Handling objections and generating objection reports; liaising with both SPA and also the customer.
- Management of AMR contracts sold to ensure full completion and implementation, including liaison with the metering team as required.

If you have a strong administrative support background, or previous experience of a sales administration role then this would be an ideal opportunity for you to progress in your career. We are looking for confident, team players with an analytical mind-set.Experience of working with spreadsheets (Excel) and customer data, as well as the ability to effectively manage your time are key, as is a positive outlook and willingness to ensure excellent levels of customer service - in line with our core value "CustomerFirst". While experience of the energy or utilities industry is desirable, it is not essential as full training can be given.
