Think Accountancy and Finance are pleased to be supporting a global leading client of ours on an exclusive basis in the recruitment of a Finance and Operations Administrator.

This is a permanent role based within a close knit team in their offices on the outskirts of Watford. Please note that this role does not offer remote working.

The role will support the business through a varierty of administrative tasks and the day to day supporting of the Operations Manager. It is a variable role for someone who enjoys working across financeand operations, as well as implementing and drivingcontrols and processes within the business.

Duties include:

- Processing sales orders onto Sage
- Liasisng with all Project Managers and sales teams to process all orders as required and to tight deadlines
- Ensure all documentation both internal and external is accurate and completeed in a timely manner
- To advise customers on any delivery delays or issues
- Create invoices and update spreadsheet
- Deal with all AP invoice queries across the business
- Take responsibility and manage aged debtors and ad hoc projects
- An excellent level of comupter literacy and communication skills
- Experience of working with a CRM
- Excellent organisation skills
- Experience of dealing with high volume orders - desirable not essential
- A keen eye for detail and not challenged by large volumes of data
- Previous AR or Accounts Admin experience
