**Join Our Team as an Admin Assistant/PA**

Are you an exceptionally organised and adaptable individual with a talent for multitasking? Delux Kitchens is seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Administrative Assistant, with additional PA responsibilities.

**Role Overview**:
As an Administrative Assistant, your role encompasses overseeing day-to-day office operations; and providing comprehensive support to the Company Director and Office Manager. The position requires a self-reliant individual capable of working independently. Additionally, you will play a vital role in providing personal assistance to our family. Oversight and verification of work and time cards by office manager.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Call Management**: Availability to handle calls from 8am until 6pm, responding promptly and professionally, while demonstrating a friendly and polite telephone manner.
- **Diary Management**: Efficiently manage appointments, reminders, and scheduling for both professional and personal commitments.
- **Payroll and Worker Payments**: Manage payroll processing and worker payments.
- **Sales Assistance**: Prior sales experience is advantageous for supporting sales-related tasks. Ordering and coordinating with vendors and suppliers regarding order status and delivery dates of stock.
- **Recruitment**: Post job advertisements and participate in interviews for potential new hires.
- **Employee/Subcontractor Onboarding**: Assist in setting up new subcontractors or employees on the payroll system and manage new worker documentation.
- **Company Portal**:Handle Payment Applications, Variation Requests and Work Order Requests in a timely manner (training provided)

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in standard office software (Word, Excel, etc.), Payroll, PAYE, CIS, Google Suite, and Data Entry.
- Maintaining of records and files on computer systems.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy (i.e invoicing, payments)
- Solid problem-solving skills and ability to perform well and remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

**Qualifications & Attributes**:

- Previous administrative assistant experience is required.

- Training will be provided for using company payment portal.
