- Managing and organising data sets in Excel to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Preparing reports and presentations for the Financial Services department
- Supporting administrative functions including scheduling, correspondence, and record keeping
- Assisting with project coordination and implementation
- Collaborating closely with other team members and departments
- Identifying and resolving data inconsistencies and irregularities
- Providing input and suggestions for process improvements
- Adhering to company policies and procedures

**The Successful Applicant**:
A successful Excel Operations Administrator should have:

- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
- Effective communication and organisational skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- You MUST be a driver as they has no direct transport links.
