Office Administrator

Office Administrator is required for an award winning financial advisors based in lovely offices in Weybridge.This is a fantastic opportunity for an Office Administrator to join a small and friendly team to support with a wide variety of duties.
This is a great role to expand on your existing administration experience by taking ownership and more responsibilities across a variety of departments including marketing, IT, Reception and Events.This role is an exciting and incredibly varied role thatcould lead to a number of different career paths.
In reward the Office Administrator will be paid a salary of c. £25,000 p.a. dependant on experience plus some great benefits.
We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator who has:
- Experience in a similar support role i.e. office junior, operations administration or an office administration role
- Excellent IT skills, being highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages, with good Excel knowledge and a keen interest in IT, personally and/or professionally
- Ideally have a strong academic background, ideally to degree level or equivalent.
The successful Office Administration will:
- Support new digital marketing initiatives;
- Help to coordinate website and digital updates;
- Contribute to the successful delivery of client and staff events and corporate gifting;
- Support with the production of internal and external
- Provide frontline IT support, helping to manage day-to-day IT requests and tickets raised with our third-party IT provider, and providing full cover when the IT & Marketing Manager is away from the office
- Carry out tasks associated with new starter induction and leavers processes
- Assist with IT project administration where required
