Our client is looking for an assertive, organised individual with a can-do attitude to join their small team as an Operations Administrator, covering a number of different functions to ensure the smooth operation of the company.
**Responsibilities**
- General office management tasks including maintenance and compliance
- Sales order processing (using Xero)
- Managing expenses and reconciling receipts
- Stock management and forward planning
- Customer service support
**Attributes**
- Excellent telephone manner and clear communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work at pace
- Dynamic, with good prioritization skills
- Can-do attitude and willingness to adapt to various tasks
- Must drive and have own transport
