**RME Consultants are pleasured to be working with an established business seeking a Receptionist to support with growing business demands.**

**Role: Customer Service Administrator**

**Salary: £23,000 - £26,000 per annum**
**Contract: Permenant, Full time**
**Location: Chertsey, Surrey**

**Main Duties for Customer Service Administrator**:

- **Welcoming visitors and assisting them**:

- **Supporting new starters throughout their first week and inductions**:

- **Assisting with document management including archiving, document retrieval and file closures**:

- **Ensuring business-wide services are carried out, such as organising the collection of confidential waste**:

- **Assisting the Facilities team with weekly building checks and reporting maintenance issues**:

- **Providing basic IT support under the supervision of the IT team**:

- **Preparing office seating plans and meeting rooms**:

- **Other ad hoc and administrative tasks as required**

**Experience required for Customer Service Administrator**:

- **Passionate about delivering high levels of customer service**:

- **Experience working for a high-end retail and / or hospitality brand is preferred**:

- **Must be computer literate with an understanding of Microsoft Office**:

- **Previous experience within an administrative and / or receptionist role is highly desirable but not essential**
