**About the role**

We have a unique opportunity for a **Project Coordinator - FTC 12 Months**:

- to join our IT based at our **Fender EMEA** head office in **East Grinstead** Reporting to IT Director, EMEA this role will support the Project Management team in the rollout of SAP in Fender Europe. This includes creating and managing the project plan, tracking tasks, coordinating testing, scheduling meetings, and ensuring documentation is complete. Generation of reports detailing progress and costs. This position plays a critical project management role, ensuring the SAP rollout to Fender Europe is delivered successfully and on time.

**Hybrid Working**

**Main Responsibilities**
- Create the project plan
- Ensuring Project Plans are up-to-date and highlight any issues.
- Review detailed task lists and ensure completed tasks are fully documented and tests are signed off.
- Track risk and issue logs.
- Drive issues to completion
- Assist and advise team members on procedures, disciplines and recording and reporting requirements.
- Manage project meetings and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
- Produce project summary reports and coordinating the preparation of sub reports.
- Set up and maintain cost-recording system.
- Prioritise testing to ensure the most valuable projects are completed on-time.
- Drive activities within assigned project tasks to meet project timelines, budget, and quality.

**_Essential Skills/Knowledge/Experience_**
- Bachelors degree
- Experience of project management
- Previous large organisation project administrative experience
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to effectively prioritise and execute multiple tasks and projects in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to proactively collaborate with fellow IT team members, demonstrating respect, trust, honesty, and professionalism.
- Ability to communicate issues and their solutions with managers, peers and users in the business, in-person, and in-remote settings as appropriate.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.

**_Desirable Skills/Knowledge/Experience _**

Exposure to the following would be considered a distinct advantage:

- SAP SD / FI module knowledge
- Test Management experience
- Understanding of core ERP Business Processes.
- Previous experience in end-to-end SAP implementation
- Prince 2 or Project Management certification
