Central & Southern Scotland Headquarters, Glasgow is looking to recruit a Divisional Admin Support Person to join their team.

To provide a full range of Administration services to Divisional Operations Manager, Divisional Staff and to provide general administrative duties in support of the functions of the Divisional Headquarters.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Provide a professional and client focused administration service to support the delivery of the DHQ processes, activities and initiatives.
- Arrange meetings and take minutes as required.
- Manage the overall divisional diary/calendar.
- Conduct financial processes including processing invoices and using the Salvation Army accounting system.
- Manage DHQ room bookings, including the provision of any relevant equipment, catering and requested room lay outs.
- Maintain both computer databases and hard copy filing systems as required, ensuring that confidential and sensitive information is managed appropriately.
- Assist with the administration and organising of DHQ events and initiatives as required.
- Provide administrative support to other Salvation Army Churches within our Division as requested.
- Undertake any other duties that fall within the scope of the role.
- Previous experience of working successfully in a similar Admin role within a busy and varied work environment.
- Good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
- Appreciation of and commitment to working within The Salvation Army’s Christian ethos and key values.
