**Location: Glasgow 3 days and remote 2 days per week**

Rosa is a central Government IT system that enables collaborative working at SECRET in a secure environment with the latest technologies Rosa provides fixed and mobile SECRET collaboration tools and communications in 166 countries across the globe, allowing users to create and share data securely
This groundbreaking work is protecting our national security whilst enabling users to work in far better ways than any previous solutions have allowed in this space.
The Rosa Management Office is responsible for key corporate functions within the Rosa team including the commercial operations for contract and supplier management. It is essential we continue to develop strategic relationships with our critical suppliers and ensure effective partnerships for delivery.
You will use your knowledge and experience to develop our Strategic Relationship Management process, enhancing relationships systems for an effective operations. In addition you will bring industry knowledge to our contract management, continually assessing the quality of service and delivery, to ensure effective, value for money delivery from the supply chain.
Working across our commercial and stakeholder teams you will help in the development of new requirements to ensure that our procurement team can effectively buy within a specialist IT security sector.

**As a **Senior Supplier and Contract Management Lead**your main responsibilities will be to**:
- Develop and enhance contract management activities, monitoring adherence to KPI's, negotiating contract change and value.
- Develop the Strategic relationship management programme for key suppliers.
- Lead Commercial functional support on all Contract Management matters including risk management, Supplier management, contract reviews, assurance and reporting.
- Develop strong strategic relationships with stakeholders and suppliers, maximising opportunities to collaborate, achieve efficiencies, improve capability.
- Expert knowledge in complex Commercial relationship management and contracting processes.
- Support gathering commercial requirements from spending teams, proactively working across the organisation to ensure future needs are understood and documented.
- Lead the operation and management of Strategic Supplier Review meetings, ensuring that complex relationship issues are resolved and KPI’s are monitored for progress.
- Manage the commercial team to ensure all commercial documentation is retained and stored and utilised effectively to manage the future pipeline of activities.
- Lead on the development of commercial analysis and metric reporting. Enhance process management and tooling across contract and supplier management activities.
**You’ll have relevant experience in the following and comfortably meet this criteria**:
- Current, active SC clearance.
- Significant experience of successful contract & supplier management, demonstrating improved value, operational effectiveness & reduced risk, identifying opportunities to deliver against your organisation’s priorities.
- Senior Commercial/Procurement experience with evidence of influencing at suppliers at director level, must have excellent communication skills.
- Effectively builds & maintains a range of colleague, internal and external stakeholder relationships, working collaboratively, providing clear advice & support with a track record of influencing at executive and senior levels.
- Politically astute - able to navigate internal politics at all levels. Understands and manages conflicting agenda.
- Experience within government and IT sector would be preferably, ideally with experience in secure service delivery.
- You’ll also hold a recognised commercial qualification would be desirable, MCIPS/ICM.
