**About Us**:
We are a dynamic company based in the heart of Swansea Marina, specialising in Boat Sales, Repair and Maintenance. An opportunity has arisen for on our Repair and Maintenance team for a part time Workshop Administrator. We're passionate about providing excellent service to our customers and ensuring their boats are always ready for adventure.
**About the Role**:
As our Workshop Administrator, you'll play a vital role in supporting our team and keeping our workshop running like a well-oiled machine. This is a part-time position (3 days per week, 8 hours per day), offering flexibility with the specific days and hours to be jointly agreed upon (Monday-Friday).
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Manage engineers' diaries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring efficient workflow.
- Liaise with customers, responding to enquires, managing communication, and providing excellent customer service.
- Order parts and materials, ensuring timely availability for repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain a clean and organised workshop environment, contributing to a positive and safe work space.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as required.
**What You Bring**:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- A working knowledge of marine engines, or engines generally, would be highly beneficial (but not essential).

- A competitive salary (National Living Wage, £11.44 per hour as of April 2024).
