Business Administration Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our head office in Bromsgrove. If you are looking to start a career with a progressive and growing company then this role could be for you. The successful applicant would be working alongside the hire desk, training & accounts departments so the requirements would vary day to day.
**Daily responsibilities**
- Day to day involvement in a busy hire office, supporting the management team
- Communicating with Customers
- Dealing with all hire & accounts processes including hire contracts, exchanges and breakdowns and updating our Hire and CRM systems, credits, spreadsheets.
- Dealing with any customer queries in a professional, friendly manner and advising on equipment needs
- Ensuring that all opportunities to maximise the company’s sales to a customer are attained
