**Working Hours**:Flexible hours, 22.5 per week

**Duties**:
Will be supporting the HR team with administrative tasks including the following:
~ Provision of support to the HR Operations team
~Take notes at investigation meetings and at formal employee relations hearings
~ Organise and provide support to the HR team meetings.
~ Provide timely reminders to the HR team in areas such as appraisals, mandatory training compliance, end of FTC,
~ Sickness reports and administer the agenda for change process, arranging panels and provide appropriate support and documentation
~ Provide other general support to the HR Operations team as required.
~ The post holder must at all times carry out their duties with regard to Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust Equal Opportunities Policy.
~ To be aware of the responsibilities of all employees to maintain a safe and healthy environment for patients, visitors and staff.

~ The post holder will need to be flexible and adaptable in order to respond to other duties that may be required from time to time and the changes and developments within the Trust.

**Necessary Skills or Requirements**:
~ Good knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft

**Person Specification**:
~ NVQ 3/ RSA II or ability to demonstrate competency at this level
~ Minimum education to GCSE level including English or be able to demonstrate equivalent intellect
~ Significant and demonstrable secretarial/ administrative experience working at a senior level
~ Experience of taking minutes at meetings
~ Exceptional organisational and administrative skills
~ Excellent written and verbal communication skills Advanced word processing skills
~ Excellent working knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office packages/ Outlook/ Word/ Power point/ Excel
~ Working knowledge of ESR or other database packages
~ Ability to deal with confidence with a wide range of third party professionals and external organisations,, employment agencies, the general public and other
