Aquatic are currently looking to hire a Delivery Co-Ordinator on a full time, permanent basis. Based at their facility in Aberdeen, the Delivery Co-Ordinator will support Project Delivery Team on all aspects, including Personnel Planning & Allocation, Travel Arrangements, Visa Requirements, Training & Medicals; working toward being able to manage the delivery of these aspects, whilst also being responsible for administrative tasks required to keep the projects running smoothly.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Application of robust controls via Navision to ensure accurate resource allocation & planning, maximising the revenue & margin throughout the projects.
- Support the Project Manager as the client's representative.
- Build strong relationships with specific clients at appropriate levels.
- Booking and management of all projects related travel & accommodation.
- Maintain records of personnel Medicals & Training.
- Application and management of all projects related Visa's.
- Support with the planning and allocation of project personnel.
- Raising of Purchase Orders using Navision.
- Any other general administration duties as required.

- Demonstrable operational experience supporting client organisations with excellent safety behaviours and focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel & Outlook.
- Ability to work effectively within a dynamic environment.
- Flexible approach to responsibilities and tasks.
- Commitment to continuous improvement.
- Educated to SQA National 5 or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Navision is an advantage, but not a requirement.
