**Role Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Operate the repacking and tumble blending equipment in accordance with the SHE and operational procedures to ensure safe, efficient repacking to meet the business quality and volume requirements.
- Prepare equipment for maintenance and carry out maintenance work with own competence and use the defect system when the maintenance work is outside own ability or availability.
- Contribute to team projects, ensuring delivery is to target time and quality.
- Work across several different functions of the warehouse, proposing new solutions to the warehouse manager where appropriate.

- Adaptability to work in several different warehouse roles (general warehouse operations, repacking, and blending).
- A continuous improvement mindset, seeking new opportunities to learn and broaden skills.
- A team player who actively engages in team-based work.
- Display a clear communication style to report any issues and defects to the shift manager.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in warehouse/ store processes is an advantage.
- Forklift driving licence is preferable.
- GCSE mathematics and English are desirable as minimum qualifications.
