Barista Associate

Compass UK & Ireland is seeking a skilled Barista Associate to join their team in the UK. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food to customers in a fast-paced café environment.

• Prepare perfectly blended drinks and serve high-quality food that delights our customers
• Keep the bar area clean and well-maintained
• Process payments and handle customer transactions efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with regulars
• Maintain a positive brand image and represent Compass UK & Ireland professionally

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in a customer-facing role or as a Barista
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity
4. Demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
