Sales Support Officer

Job Description
We are recruiting for a Sales Support Officer to join our growing team in Melton
Mowbray on a permanent basis.
We are looking for a problem solver, someone who is keen to work as part of a
growing sales team and get stuck into any queries that arise. We are a small
team where no two days are the same and the role will be to ensure that
whatever queries come in, they are resolved quickly and efficiently.
You will be working not only with our dealer network but also our wider sales
team, supporting them to grow the business further.
You'll need to have a good working knowledge of Microsoft software - Word,
Outlook etc and be advanced in Excel.
You won’t be scared to pick up the phone, or liaise with our other departments to
get things done.
We need somebody who is a fast learner and willing to come up with new ideas
and make suggestions to help the business evolve.

Monday - Friday 8am & 5pm (40 hours per week)
Salary dependent on experience
25 days holiday with an extra day over Christmas

**Requirements**:
- Excellent telephone and customer service skills
- Adaptable and proactive approach to work
- Attention to detail and data accuracy essential
- Experience in a sales support role would be desirable
- Good time management skills
- Patient and friendly personality
- Experience with Microsoft packages (PowerBi would be a bonus)
- Takes ownership and provides solutions
- Eagerness to learn and drive to build knowledge
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
