We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Head of HR Business Partnering (covering: Corporate Sustainability, Communications & Brand, Internal Audit & Corporate Governance & Secretariat).

The role holder will partner with the Global Function Heads and their Executive Committees to drive business performance and organisational change through the development and execution of their People Strategies.

In this role, you will:

- Work with the Function Heads and their Executive Committees to drive business performance through the execution of the people strategy; delivering alignment between the business strategy and the people strategy
- Demonstrate personal focus on business outcomes; building and maintaining the status and visibility of a trusted adviser, providing expert advice and guidance to senior executives
- Drive the Talent agenda developing key and critical talent, identifying and enabling successors for key positions, ensuring continual focus on diversity
- Provide rigour to organisational design and effectiveness leveraging skills and experience in talent development, leadership development and deployment to bring designs to life with leaders
- Demonstrate a sharp focus on operational and people risk, providing the appropriate challenges as People Risk Steward
- Continue to drive quality and increase the impact of the HR function as a whole

Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

- Previous experience in a senior HRBP role at a management level in a large scale multi-national and commercial environment with a proven experience of delivering proactive HR partnering and designing and implementing a people strategy to enable business objectives. This is essential
- Ability to build relationships at all levels, exceptional communication skills and ability to navigate and influence across the organisational matrix and conflicting priorities
- Knowledge and experience of strategic agility - sees ahead, connects dots, can anticipate consequences and trends - able to translate business strategy into people strategy and tactical execution - knows how to get things done with and through others; and operational excellence
- Proven ability to develop and deliver people transformation and change in a large scale and complex business with significant offshore presence across multiple sites and geographies. Translating complexity and ambiguity into impactful delivery
- Able to demonstrate experience of having made good decisions based on a mix of analysis, wisdom, experience and judgment; sought out by others for advice with a degree of commercial acumen
- Champions positive and collaborative values and behaviours ensuring they are reflected across all people delivery touch points and demonstrated by the leadership team
- A high level of thought leadership and external insight on emerging best practice on both the Functions and HR given the transformation agendas of the functions. Well versed on emerging regulation/tech/innovation and impact on the future of work
- A high level understanding and experience of all aspects of HR and Talent Management, with a strong customer focus and employee experience perspective
- Strong coaching, facilitation and consultancy skills with a proven track record of being able to influence at all levels and especially the Executive level
