Great new role 12 month fixed term contract
- Based in Edinburgh City Centre - hybrid working

**About Our Client**:
Our client is a large and well-established firm in the insurance industry. With a team of over 1000 employees, they maintain a strong presence in Edinburgh and are known for their commitment to employee development and growth.
- Investment Back Office administration - produce monthly investment reconciliations, cash flow/trade settlement monitoring, IBOR reconciliations and administration of unlisted assets.
- Pay Control tasks including weekly pensioner immediate payments run and assist the monthly pensioner
- Production of Financial Accounting information including the reconciliation of bank accounts, employer contributions and pension payments.
- General activities such as production of KPI's
- purchase/sales invoices and daily administration of staff time management system

**The Successful Applicant**:
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

- An educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- background in a similar role within the insurance industry.
- Proficiency in using financial software packages.
- A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent numerical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
