We’re looking for a caring individual to join our team. Experience is not necessary, just a genuine desire to help people at the time they need it most.

A funeral arranger means you will spend time supporting the bereaved families, you will be responsible for making all of the funeral arrangements and fulfil requests our clients may have and the care of the deceased when in the chapel of rest. Working as part of a close-knit team, you’ll help to ensure we provide a seamless, sensitive service to our clients.

Full training will be provided.

- a professional and caring approach to client/customer service
- the ability take instructions and follow them to the letter, with high attention to detail
- the ability to react calmly and compassionately in emotional circumstances
- an open mind when it comes to working around and coming into contact with the deceased, both prepared and unprepared
- the ability to perform
- I.T literate
- Flexibility around working hours, it is rare but sometimes you will need to be at your branch out of hours
- a full UK manual driving licence and an insured vehicle you have unlimited access to on work days.

You will be based in one of our branches but will need to cover other branches when required and sometimes at short notice.

Our branches are located in:
Gravesend, Bexley, Plumstead and Lee Green.

**Salary**: From £22,800.00 per year
