**We are looking for a Business Support Administrator to join our team in Dundee**

**Job Purpose**:
We are looking to recruit an administrator to manage the organisation and co-ordination of office administrative procedures and resources to support the needs of the office.

**The Administrator will be responsible for (but not limited to)**:

- Oversight and coordination of meeting rooms and client meeting requirements
- Assist with supporting and organising inhouse events in the office
- Oversight and management of mail activity
- Oversight of client documentation, records incl. scanning, filing, and returning
- Assisting with AML requirements
- Database Management
- Produce consistent high quality and accurate documents with a quick turnaround, ensuring letters, memos, file notes and reports are prepared in the required format and saved as per the firm’s filing standards
- Provide administrative support to Business Line Admin Support Teams as and when required
- Oversight and delivery of client record, file management activity within the office in accordance with firm-wide processes
- Work with hub lead to oversee office administration resourcing, property, and facilities requirements - could leave this as hub lead at the moment if we don’t know what the new structure is going to look like yet
- Undertake other duties and tasks as and when required and under the direction of the Hub Lead.

- Relevant experience in this or a similar role is desirable but not essential
- Ability to work effectively both within a team and on their own initiative
- Flexible approach and ability to adapt to changing demands.
