**Job Summary**:
Responsible for the day-to-day activities and guidance of their team members. The Senior Team Leader sets targets, implements guidelines, and assist with any issues their team members may have. They must ensure that all team members understand the team objectives and work together to achieve it. Constant monitoring by the Senior Team Leader helps to ensure that everyone is working towards the same goal.

An excellent leader will foster a cohesive, efficient, and productive team spirit, addressing any issues within the team in a timely manner. They provide strong and fair leadership and direction.
- Minimum of 18 months experience as a team leader
- Ability to read, understand and present data

**Summary of Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing feedback and coaching as needed
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to your team members
- Assist with training new team members on policies, procedures, and best practices
- Handle any escalated issues or concerns
- Implement team goals and objectives
- Supervise, train and guide team members
- Inspire and motivate team members
- Provide effective feedback
- Manage remote teams
- Utilise technology effectively
- Be knowledgeable about each team member’s job role
- Follow policies and procedure correctly
- Act as a role model for your team members

**Starting Salary**:£35,000pa with an additional £10,000pa potential commission/performance bonus.

**Job Type**:Full Time, Permanent

40 hours / week

Monday - Friday

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
