**The Role**:
A newly created position, reporting into the Head of Sales Support. The Salesforce Business Analyst acts as liaison to the CRM team on all areas of sales automation, designing, maintaining and providing analysis of sales reports.
- **Responsibilities include**:_
- Collaborate with our sales teams to ensure proper usage of Salesforce
- Participate, lead, and partner with IT on requirement gathering sessions with cross functional teams to understand business processes and key requirements for the Salesforce Application
- Partner with the Salesforce IT team on new enhancements, break/fix items and future state deliverables; streamlining and improving business processes for key users.
- Analyse and review requirements and partner with IT to implement solutions accordingly
- Identify Salesforce process improvements and partner with key stakeholders to optimize business processes.
- Ensure that all CRM users are entering data consistently to ensure data quality, reduction in duplicate data creation, cleaning of duplicate data, transparency and continuity.
- Maintain project tracking reports sales reports | dashboards and designs new reports as required
- Provide sales forecasting project tracking pipeline and business performance review; establishing high levels of quality, accuracy, and consistency.
- Establish and maintain Top Opportunity project tracking reports for all representatives and Specification Sales Managers (Top 20 in Design Stage and Top 20 in Bid Track & Close Stages).
- Maintain and create dashboards on both Basis of Design Specifications as well as win rates (both in value and % win vs lost projects)as well as any new Sales initiatives. Provide monthly update on KPIs (working with Sales Teams/Sales Analytics)
- Perform analysis activities for sales operations and support the field sales organization with timely and accurate sales and business processes and analysis.
- Communicate regularly with key users to support them in their role and provide information and training on new features and functionality to increase and retain adoption. Provide communication to end-users on deployment of fixes/changes to sales platform.
- Lead and manage customer MDM (Master Data Management)
- Pull data from ERP and Marketing Automations software for reporting and communication purposes
- Participate in the Global Salesforce Steering committee to identify best usage/practices and process improvement for CRM utilization
- Help to modernize Sales BI and Analytic capabilities
- Work closely with business users and reps to provide day to day operational support. Troubleshoot user issues and assist in maintaining the integrity of the data.
- Manage on-boarding of sales team members; serve as point of contact for all salespeople reporting system issues including requests submitted via the IT ticketing system. Ensure representatives are set up properly for quoting, etc.
- Participate and lead user acceptance testing and planning
- Develop training content and perform salesforce sales training to support the Learning Center
- Create and train users on all SOPs related to Salesforce

**Knowledge and Skills Requirement**:

- Degree desirable
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform & capabilities; Sales Lighting experience a plus
- English and French
- Self-motivated, high energy

- Ability to work within a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Organised, accurate, and comfortable collaborating with other departments
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Understanding of sales, marketing and other business processes
