FP&A Analyst 9-12 month FTC - West London
Ignata Finance are pleased to be partnering exclusively with a PE backed, high growth FMCG client in West London. We are looking for an experienced FP&A analyst to be responsible for providing the Directors of the Sales and Supply Chain teams with high quality,accurate and actionable insight and forecasting. The role will help drive business performance whilst identifying opportunities to drive profitable growth.
We require a dynamic individual with an analytical mind, inquisitive nature and proactive bias to contribute to the FP&A team. Move beyond compiling data and help tell the story behind the numbers and add value to all areas of the business. You are considereda business partner and your contributions will make a difference. Advanced Excel skills are a must for this role.
Duties & responsibilities:

- Provide timely insight to Head of FP&A to be reported in the monthly board pack;
- Lead month end processing of the Overhead and Supply Chain Teams;
- Accruals analysis and reporting;
- Fluid maintenance of reports and data;
- Work closely with the supply chain, transport and warehouse team;
- Manage and develop reports using excel, Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics and Navision;
- Support the Head of FP&A and channel heads with in-depth ad hoc analysis and reporting
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting of Overhead and Supply Chain Teams;
- Aid in the development of management reporting in accordance with wider business strategy;
- Assist in setting the annual budget and preparation for Year End;
- Provide business partnering to all areas of the business;
About you:

- Qualified or qualified by experience
- FMCG or retail background is a must;
- Proven experience developing management reporting;
- Experience of working to tight deadlines;
- Demonstrable experience of "making a difference" within an organisation;
- Advanced level Excel; Cube, Olap query, pivot tables, V Lookup required;
- Power BI and Microsoft Navision experience;
- Excellent commercial awareness and strong organisational skills;
- Ability to work in a service led hands-on environment;
Work Pattern:
Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home
£60k pa - 9-12 month FTC
