Inven3 Specialists Ltd are recruiting for Property Inventory Clerks/Inspectors in Birmingham and the surrounding areas.

The objective of this role is to produce highly detailed reports, to engage with Tenants on appointments and to represent the company. The Inventory and Check out consultant plays a key role in negotiations with tenants at check out and fairness but firmness is vital whilst protecting both the Landlord and the company's reputation. A full clean driving licence and your own car will be essential for this role.

**Duties include**:

- Creating detailed Inventory Reports, Check In Reports, Check Out Reports and Schedule of Conditions.
- Meeting tenants, landlords and property managers.
- Dictating accurate descriptions of all the items in the property and their condition.
- Taking a comprehensive number of photos of the property.
- Recording meter readings.
- Looking for any hazards and or safety issues.

**Experience/Skills**:
Lettings Inventory experience is advantageous and full training is given.

Industry recognised qualifications such as APIP, ARLA, NFOPP and NAEA are advantageous.

**Requirements**:

- a Full Driving Licence and own vehicle
- Native level written and spoken English
- Punctual and reliable, with an attention on detail
- Must be articulate and presentable
- Smartly dressed, professional appearance and demeanor.
- Good time and self-management skills
- Own your own tablet or Ipad.
