We are looking for someone to join our small team in Beccles to assist with sales and general administrative duties. Our office hours are Monday-Thursday 8am-3pm.
We are looking for someone to work 2 days a week with a 30 min lunch break who is fully flexible as they will be required to cover staff holiday and sickness.
Duties will include, but are not limited to;
Serving customers in our shop
Cash handling
Taking card payments over the phone and in person
Call existing customer base for orders on daily basis
Processing customer orders and payments on Sage
Placing orders with suppliers and raising purchase orders
Stock adjustments
Managing and processing website orders and stock
Desirable skills;
Computer literate and comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word & Sage 50
Excellent telephone manner
Excellent communication skills
Good level of education
Additional hours required to cover holidays and sickness - fully flexible
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £10.50-£12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 14 per week
