**About the Role**
We are looking for a Sales Support Intern to join our team for a three-month period.
This role is pivotal in supporting our Customer Success Department in ensuring the adoption and engagement of our products and services.
The key focus of the role will be client satisfaction, product engagement and identifying sales opportunities. You will assist clients, resolve queries and issues and implement changes that can strengthen the company’s relationship with its clients, while identifying opportunities to up-sell and develop our current client base.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Feature Adoption Follow-up**:Actively follow up with customers on the adoption of features discussed during meetings, ensuring they are leveraging the full potential of our offerings.
- **Training Coordination**: Facilitate further training sessions for customers on features and services discussed during meetings, tailored to their specific needs and timelines.
- **Meeting Qualification**:Assist in qualifying potential meetings with existing customers or prospects, ensuring a strategic approach to customer engagement and success.
- **Cancellation Management**: Support the process of managing cancellations, working to understand the reasons behind customer decisions and exploring opportunities to retain business.
- **CRM Management**: Take responsibility for updating customer information, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Current or recent graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on clear and empathetic customer communications.
- Ability to work closely and harmoniously with team members, demonstrating a collaborative and agile approach to work.
- Comfortable using new technologies.
- Previous experience or familiarity with CRM software.
- Keen interest in customer success, with a proactive approach to solving problems and improving customer experiences.
