About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Professional to join our team as an Internal Sales Engineer - Offshore Sales Expert. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading company in the oil and gas industry, promoting sales and service to new and existing customers across the territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize profitability and growth within the CTS business.
  • Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales and service initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the oil and gas industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of autonomy and self-motivation.
