The main responsibilities of the role are:
- Dealing with telephone enquiries
- Checking and processing timesheets
- Liaising with suppliers for competitive quotations
- Placing orders for materials
- Logging of stock movement records
- Updating asset control logs
- Control of existing stock levels
- Administration of the fleet and training records
- Reporting of daily attendance
- Administration support for all areas of the depot
**Essential Skills**:
- Excellent administration skills are essential.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- A positive and can do attitude is vital.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Self motivation
